Come join the team at Montana's premier guest ranch, located just outside of Yellowstone National Park, for the experience of a lifetime! We accept resumes year-round, but interviews will be conducted by phone from January 1 until all remaining positions have been filled (typically mid-March).

 

Our Jobs

Wrangler / Ranch Hand: This position will require splitting time between our guest operation as a wrangler, and our working hay and cattle operation as a ranch hand. Wrangling requires leading guests of all abilities on trail rides, providing instruction, caring for the herd and general ranch chores. Western riding experience is a must, as well as knowledge of Western tack and all levels of horse safety measures while riding or on ground. Ranch hand work requires experience working with livestock agricultural operations, and includes the operation of haying equipment, and may include building, welding and repair of fences, caring for livestock, monitoring grass / range health, vehicle maintenance, and more.

Employees must be available to work our entire summer season, which runs June 4th - August 27th. However, we are always looking for spring help beginning around May 1st, and fall help as late as November 1st.
